Great...let's start cultivating a positive brain.
When your mind performs well everything else will fall into place.
I am sure you heard the old cliche "what you think you become."
IT'S TRUE - but you can't just think it...you have to DO it.
Write down 4 things to start your day in a more positive way.
Don't just write them down and toss the book aside.
It only works if you actually DO IT.
TAKE ACTION & CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND THOUGHT PATTERNS!
Not sure what to write down? Well luckily I created an example for you.
1. Set alarm for 5:30 am and take a brisk walk. This is especially easy if you own dogs. Will it be hard? HELL yes. Will it change you? HELL yes. WORTH IT! Trust me.
2. 6:00 am meditate for at least 2 minutes. Google 2 minute guided meditation there are thousands of videos out there.
3. While getting ready for work listen to a motivational podcast - I recommend Joe Rogan - 'Be the Hero of Your Own Movie'.
4. While driving to work play an audio book - I highly recommend Stephen R. Covey's book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Your mind is indeed a garden and no matter what, it will bring forth and grow things.
What is grown, however, is 100% up to YOU.
