No Bake Energy Bites - A Little Kitchen Magick!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal - Use in magickal workings for happiness, health, stability, fertility, ancestor work, family matters, personal change, faithfulness, good luck, healing, spiritual growth and meditation.

  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (or other nut butter)

  • 1/3 cup honey - Makes a beautiful offering to a wide array of Gods, Goddesses, and ally spirits, love, happiness, peace, serenity, femininity, fertility, healing, self care, binding, friendship, kindness, the sun, sweetness and romance.

  • 1 cup coconut flakes - Associated with the moon and elemental water. Great for protection and purification magick. Did you know you can charge coconut water or milk in the moonlight and use it in spells that are associated with moon magick?

  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed - Great for spells that pertain to money, protection healing, wards off evil, and helps with psychic powers and connections.

  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips - Dark chocolate is associated with the heart and sacral chakras. It's great for love, romance, grounding and prosperity. Also, dark chocolate may strengthen the immune system.

  • 1 tsp vanilla - Magickal correspondences are love, stress relief, erotic dreams, attract love, attract business and luck.

  • 1 tablespoon maca powder - Maca comes to aid us in times of change. It assists our being in times when we need to adapt in situations. It helps us to grow even in the most difficult circumstances. Maca teaches us that although we may not be where we want to be we can still continue our spiritual path and have faith that we are not confined by our circumstances.

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Directions:

  • Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

  • Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  • Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!

  • Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Good luck making them last that long! HA!
